My specialization is stress and burnout, and if your concerns fall outside this scope, I'll gladly refer you to a different coach.
My focus is on helping those dealing with stress and/or burnout, and I am not afraid to 'lose you as a client' if I can't serve you.
As your coach, I dig into the root causes of stress and discomfort in your life. Unsolicited advice isn't the way to inspire meaningful change. You possess unique insights into your own experiences, and other people often don't understand what's best for you.
Not only I provide surface level advice, but I also act as a guide to help you explore the sources of negative emotions associated with burnout. I see burnout as a valuable signal indicating the need for change (Yes, really!), and my role is to help you figure out what adjustments are necessary for you to start recovering.
In our collaborative journey, you take full ownership of your actions, which will empower you to make meaningful changes. To illustrate 'ownership', think back to childhood experiences where being told to tidy your room may have diminished motivation. I won't instruct you to 'tidy your room'; instead, I'll assist you in recognising the need for tidying your room allowing you to come up with that solution on your own terms.
In our sessions, I guide you towards identifying the small, impactful steps needed to achieve your goals. Taking ownership of these steps is key, and I provide continuous support through messaging and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small.
The motivation to take action comes from your own insights; you play the role in figuring out the actions required to recognise burnout, and understand it fully. Sometimes, Burnout arises from neglecting aspects of our unconscious mind that hold crucial information: Once you become aware of that information, you experience a breakthrough!
By collaboratively uncovering and addressing these insights, I empower you to understand and reduce the overwhelming feelings that come as part of Burning out.
Our beliefs are deeply ingrained thoughts or assumptions that we hold about ourselves, others, or the world, constraining personal growth and success. What we think about ourselves when Burning out is often a completely distorted view that is full of your own biases.
Common beliefs include thoughts that success is unattainable, that we are undeserving, or that failure is inevitable. Such beliefs can make you feel stuck, undermine self-confidence, and create an unwanted cycle of negativity.
Overcoming beliefs often involves challenging their validity, reframing perspectives, and cultivating a positive and empowering mindset, which fosters higher personal fulfilment and achievement.
